The purpose of interviewing process is to assist an employer in determining whether


you're qualified for the position you're applying for, as well as to assist you in
determining whether your values and goals coincide with those of the business. This
interviewing process is applicable in all company when you apply a job so that the
employer could determine what you can contribute to the organization in terms of your
qualifications and prospective contributions.

Interviews can take place in person, over the phone, by email, or via video
conferencing, and it's customary to go through two to three rounds of interviews before
making a final hiring choice.

This meeting allows you to meet the various department heads and, in certain cases,
have a tour of the facilities. and the fourth is the third interview To help them make a
final selection, some employers choose to hold a third interview. and lastly the
decision's If the company wants to hire you, the final step in the interview process is
usually a job offer contingent on your background check and references.

When I first applied as a worker, I was nervous because I didn't know what to say
because it was my first time to work, and then I was asked what my skills were. I didn't
have any work experience but since life has been cruel at times, I needed money to pay
for my tuition, and by the grace of God, I was accepted. The queries to me are
straightforward; they are too challenging and it really needs comprehension. Though
the interview is challenging, you must still apply for the job you desired to be. The
application process is yet the most difficult obstacle to overcome but obtaining an
employment is the best fruit to harvest
