The last statement of account was received in your office last April 11, 2022 which excludes the
additional statement of account for the workers who has already claimed their 13 th month pay
after February 28, 2022.

Hence, the amount of TWO HUNDRED THIRTEEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY-THREE
PESOS & 30/100 (P/ 213,463.30) has been overdue yet you have failed to pay the same despite
the requests for reconciliation and payment to Happy Manpower Services, Inc.
This letter serves as formal notice for you to comply with your responsibilities. Unless payment
of the above-mentioned amount is received by (client’s name). in full within ten (10) days of the
date of this letter, with much regret, but we will have to exercise whatever rights and remedies
we have under the law to enforce such payment, including but not limited to institutional legal
proceedings against you to recover the amount as mentioned above, together with accrued and
legal expenses.
