Weekdays plans

◦ Wake up at 7

◦ Drink 500 ml to 1 liter when waking up.

◦ Have a good breakfast

◦ Dress up for office and leave early.

◦ Pray before leaving the house ,then start the day with good thoughts
and appreciate what you have.

◦ Go office , work and think positive. Laugh and talk with ppl in office
but also remember “I’m here to work to build my future with my loved one and go
abroad, other things are all distractions and will make me look bad ”

◦ Keep in touch in the relationship even at work and don’t share your
future plans with others.

◦ Leave office with father and update me. No late office functions or
meetings,etc.

◦ Come home change cloths and workout from 7:00 to 7:30 or workout for 30
mins when coming home.

◦ After 30 mins workout take a quick wash and eat and watch YouTube or
anything you want to do.

◦ Talk to me and share how your day went and what is in your mind . Then
10:30 say bye to me ,then brush your teeth and before bed pray and repeat.

Keep life simple and focus on the bigger picture.
