AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS

I, ESTRELLA ACAP SAN LUIS, of legal age, married, and with address at
Barangay San Nicolas, Oton, Iloilo, under oath, state:

1. THAT I am the spouse of Rogelio San Luis Jr. ;

2. THAT I personally know Spouses Camacho and the same persons is a

friend and acquintance of my husband;

3. THAT Sometime in November 2020, we were able to talk with Roy

Camacho about his plan of borrowing money from my husband;

4. Due to trust and confidence, I allowed my husband to lend money to

Spouses Camacho;

5. That I have direct knowledge of all the transaction in relation to the

borrowing of money by Spouses Camacho;

6. That I also provided an amount of Php 100,000.00 to my husband to fund

the same transaction;

7. THAT I accompanied my husband in Roxas City, Capiz to deliver the

amount of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 150,000.00) sometime
in December 2020;

8. That I also accompanied my husband during when he handed to amount

of One Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 100,000.00) last 21 December 2020;

9. THAT I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing

facts and to support the claim of Rogelio San Luis against Spouses Roy and
Gerelyn Camacho.
