ACCOUNTING
1. Purpose of SOP:
It is expected in the Reporting to OJK Procedures (Monthly, Quarterly and Annual) from the
Finance & Accounting Dept. side and from the Information Technology Dept. side can be
implemented properly and correctly.
2. Target of SOP:
As work guidelines for Finance & Accounting Dept. and Information Technology Dept. in
making reports to OJK (for Monthly, Quarterly and Annual)
Provide accurate and clear information about the condition of the company and the
company can report in a timely manner
1. At the end of each month, the CTO will download report CTO, CFO
from the system regarding any data that must be
submitted for the part of the report to the OJK
2. The downloaded report will be sent to the Finance / CFO
every month, quarterly or every year (depending on the
type of report to be reported).
3. In addition to the data report from the CTO, the other data
needed to make the report to the OJK is data from the
Financial Statement.
4. The CFO will collect and combine these datas to make
report to OJK (which consists of report A, report B, report
C)
5. After the CFO has finished making the report, the CFO CEO, CFO
will request that the report to be reviewed and
approved by CEO/ President Director.
6. If the report is not approved by the CEO, the report will be
returned to the CFO to revise the report .
7. If the CEO has approved the report, then the report CFO,
(said Final Report) will be returned to the CFO also to
be reported immediately to OJK.
8. The CFO as a PIC in the company who is responsible
for the report to the OJK, will immediately send the
