SUBJECT : PROPOSED CONTRACT ADDENDUM

Dear, Sir/Madam.

Hope this letter finds you well and in the best of health.

As discussed on our last meeting dated 06 February 2023, we write to formally request the
following items as addenda to the drafted contract agreement for parking rental of ninety (90)
slots in the Tektite Building East Tower Parking, to wit;

a. Duration – exclude the ‘Renewable Upon Agreement’;

b. Security deposit – be equivalent to one(1) month of rental payment;
c. Refund of Security Deposit – Thirty (30) days after the contract period;
d. Liability for loss or damage clause – As management provides the slot solely, visible
damages/loss will be shouldered by Insurance after the standard investigation.
