CR reader would not accept the cassettes and gave the error message Error
#134 Plate didn't reach W0 sensor. Reading the manual, the W0 Sensor is what
drives the rollers to pull the screen into the machine. The available repair  
manual discusses where that sensor is and how to reach it, but does not
explain what the error message is, or how to fix it. Appreciate you help

This is normally a transport issue. The plate is not entering far
(7)
enough into the drum to get to the sensor. There are several
things that can cause this. weak springs on the rollers or bad
roller which do not cause enough friction to push the screen in.
First thing I would do is clean the rollers and move the springs to
a hole that gives them more tension. These should help for a
while but long term you will have to replace rollers. If you need
more info email me and I can send you which parts need
attention and possible replacement.

There is 80% probability that your CR 140 is not broken, Please if
(1)
the error happens with only 1 cassette, check the other cassettes
to see if work, If it is working with the other cassettes the problem
is that you have a cassette without plate and you have one
cassette with two plates.
