Functions

• Create/Delete Users

• Define user privileges through allocated user groups.

Usage

= Create New User =

1. Click “New” button.

2. Give user information in “Basic” Tab.

3. Allocate user groups in “User Group” .

4. Click “Save” button to save input data.

Notes

= Rules on Password =

Password is restricted to following rules,

1) not including user ID


2) mixed capital letter, lower letter, numbers string
3) not including specified words (For example, GUEST can not be used as password)
4) not be in last 10 passwords
5) length should be between 6 and 20

= When to change passowrd =

If “Periodic Changes” is set in “Effective Term”, then password change will be required by every 30 days.
If “Change on next login” is set, then password change will be required in next login. It is usually set for
new user ID.

1-2 Unlock Passowrd

Menu Path: System Administration > User

If user entered wrong password over 3 times continuously, the user ID is to be locked. In such case,
“Locked” flag is to be checked on in the screen.

System administrator can checked it off and set new initial password upon request from the user.

1-3 Disable User ID

Menu Path: System Administration > User

If “Status” is set to invalid, that user ID can not be used to access the system.
When you want to make user ID unavailable, it is recommended to make user ID disabled instead of
deletion from the user master.

Menu Path: System administration > View Login Audit Trail

Retrieval

Log List

By specifying retrieval conditions in this window, operation logs can be viewed on Who, When, Which window,
What operation performed.

All operation logs of subsidiary accounting units can be viewed through this window of parent accounting unit.

2-2 View Batch Execution Logs

Menu Path: Batch Process > View Batch Processing Log

Retrieval

Log List

Log Detail

Batch process results can be viewed in Batch Processing Log window.

1. Give retrieval conditions and click “Search” button.

2. Double click on a log row to be viewed in Log List.

3. Batch process details for selected row will be shown in Log Detail.

If there are errors during the batch process, the errors can be viewed through clicking “Error List” button.

2-3 View Report Logs

Menu Path: Report/Data File > View Report/File Log

Retrieval

Log List

The generated reports in the past can be viewed in this window.


Reporting logs will be deleted periodically once they are older than keeping period defined in Report Master.

1. Give retrieval conditions and click “Search” button.

2. Generated Reports will be listed.

3. Click “Download” button to download reports after checking on preferred reports.

Menu Path: System Administration > Portal Setting: Messages

You can register message to be shown in the portal window.

1. Click “New” button.

2. Register the following information in “Set Portal Message” window.

User Group : Which user group is message shown to.


If it is shown to all users, then check on Common Group.
Created on/Posting Period/Created by : Information of message.
Message Text : Posting message

3. Click “Save” button.

4. To edit a registered message. First give retrieval conditions and click “Search” button to find target
message. Then choose the message and click “Modify” button.
