I am giving this letter as formal notice that I am resigning from my position as the Grade
5 adviser and Filipino subject teacher at the Academy of International Education on
January 31, 2023.

I have recently received an offer to be a ‘Teacher 1’ in the Department of Education

Division of Cagayan de Oro with permanent status. After thorough consideration, I’m
excited to explore this new road in my career journey.

I am beyond grateful for the opportunity this school has offered for the past three years.
I have enjoyed and gained skillful experiences thanks to the great workforce of the
school administration, faculty, and staff. I have learned much about making study
guides, prioritizing the most needed competencies, camaraderie, etc. These things I
learned will bring and guide me in journeying to a new path.

I will do everything possible to wrap up my duties and train my replacement over the
upcoming weeks. Please let me know if there’s anything else I can do to help during this
transition. Thank you for all the guidance.
