The account officer of OAK BUSINESS VENTURE wishes to prepare the salary payroll for the month of March
2023.
The company has 15 staff comprising 1 CEO, 2 Directors, 4 Managers, 2 ICT Staff and 6 Field Staff. The column
headings of the payroll are as shown in the diagram below.

Additional Information:
a) The Full Name column is auto-generated by combining the Last Name field and the First Name field.
b) The Position column is a drop-down with the following positions: CEO, DIRECTOR, MANAGER, ICT
STAFF, and FIELD STAFF.
c) Phone numbers are 11 digits and they all begin with 0.
d) Salary is automatically displayed based on the selected value in the Position column. The Salary structure
of Oak Business Venture is as given below:

 e) The value in the Taxable column depends on the Salary amount. For a salary amount not more than
200,000.00, the value “NO” should be displayed otherwise, “YES” is displayed
f) For the Tax field, the tax value is 0 if the Taxable field is “NO” otherwise, its value is equal to 15% of
the salary amount in the Salary field.
g) The value in the Bonus field depends on the value in the Taxable field. If the salary is taxable (Taxable is
“YES”) and bonus is 9% of Salary amount otherwise (Taxable is “NO”), it is 0
h) Salary After Tax is the difference between Salary amount and Tax amount
i) Net Salary is the sum of the amount of Salary After Tax and the Bonus amount

1) You are required to help the officer prepare the salary payroll for all the 15 staff occupying the positions stated
above. One FIELD STAFF has been entered for you as an example. (You need to add 1 CEO, 2 DIRECTOR,
4 MANAGERS, 2 ICT STAFF and 5 FIELD STAFF)
2) In cells G21, I21, K21 and L21, compute the total
