Report : Complain

This is a letter of complaint in the CT scanner machine that has stopped working for a while. Starting
from the day the machine was installed, it was working (functional) until September 03, 2021. But at
the time your Company asked us to install a detector software on the device after that we accepted
it and let them install it. However, after the detector software was installed the device has started
giving an image artefact (noise). At the time we reported the case to your Company and then you
came and stopped using the detector software but there was no change in the image quality. In the
meantime the Infinity and our engineers had a meeting about it and they informed us in the device
another problem has happened. Since the time the detector has installed, the CT scanner machine
has stopped working. Due to this problem our patients, especially in-patients are losing their time
and money. In addition, when the critical case patient needs a CT scanner diagnosis the hospital
charge them an ambulance fee.

Generally the MCM biomedical engineering department needs to get a fast solution to the CT
scanner machine as much as possible by considering the above problems.
