MATHEMATICS 7 – GEOMETRY
I. OBJECTIVE
A. Content Standard The learner demonstrates understanding of key
concepts of geometry of shapes and sizes, and
geometric relationships.
B. Performance Standards The learner is able to create models of plane
figures and formulate and solve accurately
authentic problems involving sides and angles of a
polygon.
C. Most Essential Learning The learner represents point, line, and plane using
Competency concrete and pictorial models. (M7GE-IIIa-1)
D. Learning Objectives At the end of the lesson, 75% of the grade 7
students are expected to:
a. Recognize and describe the three basic
undefined terms in geometry;
b. Enumerate and present concrete object on
pictorial models that represent point, line
and plane; and
c. Value the point, line and plane in real-life
situations.
