WALK- IN-INTERVIEW

Eligible candidates are invited in the prescribed format for the following posts for the research
project titled “Harmonized One health Trans-Species Transmission of Antibiotics Resistance:
Community Level Inter-host transmission of Carbapenemase-producing Escherichia coli
among humans, animals and environment (HOTSTAR-CLIC)” under principal investigator Dr
(Mrs). Ashoka Mahapatra, Additional Professor, Department of Microbiology and Co-PI Dr.
R.Balamurugan, Additional Professor, Department of Biochemistry, AIIMS Bhubaneswar as per the
details given below:
Project duration: 12 months (April 1, 2023- March 31, 2024)

Research Molecular biology/ Life Sciences or equivalent month plus 18%
Fellow degree with good academic record. HRA

(Two Level Examinations conducted by

 Both the above positions are completely on temporary basis and co-terminus with the
project. The fellowship/emolument amount for the above positions is as sanctioned in the
project and all details will be as per ICMR norms.

Terms and conditions

1. Applications as received will be screened and only those candidates who fulfil the
eligibility criteria supported by documentary evidences will be called for an interview.
2. The name of the provisionally eligible candidates to appear for an interview will be
uploaded in the institute (AIIMS Bhubaneswar) website along with the date of interview.
3. No separate communication with any candidate will be done. Therefore, candidates are
advised to watch our website regularly.
4. For interview candidate should bring duly filled application form (As per the prescribed
Performa), all original certificates of educational qualifications, experience certificates,
passport size photo (2 in number) & a set of photocopies at the time of interview.
5. No candidate whose name is not uploaded in the website will be allowed to appear the
interview.
6. These are tenure vacancies under funded project and are not employment on AIIMS
Bhubaneswar pay roll. Employment will be automatically terminated upon completion
of the project and there is no liability for permanent employment on AIIMS,
Bhubaneswar or Principal Investigator. Also, the candidates have no right to claim
permanent employment based on this job.
7. Total duration of project- 18 months from the date of appointment.
8. No TA/DA will be paid for attending this Walk-in-Interview.
