Re: rude driver

On Oktober 10, 2022 I received the ride-sharing service from Bolt, car brand Skoda
fabia, taxi driver name - Ivan.

Till yesterday, I have always preferred Bolt over other services, due to its well-
known, reliable and trusted features. On this occasion, as like a daily routine, I called
on a ride to move from Koriatovycha square to Mynajska street.

 Unfortunately, it was the worst experience in my life. The behaviour of your

employee was terrible. The driver smoked in the car without asking anything and
used his mobile while driving. He was also talking on the phone using profanity. 

After finishing our route, he complained about my route was not suitable for him, as
he lives in another part of the city and my order was the last one at his shift.
Furthermore, he demanded to pay for the fuel, he spent on me. 

To resolve the problem, I would appreciate if your company would do something

with employees and make sure such situations won’t happen again. Also, I would like
a refund for inappropriate services.
