Campus Ambassadors Schedule for Q4 (1 Week Plan)

Till date we have deployed 11 Campus Ambassadors. 2 in AP & 9 in Telangana (Hyderabad). We have
assigned Day Scholar and Residential campuses to them.

Due to the preparation of IPE examinations in AP & Telangana campuses, we would like to use this
opportunity by sending Campus Ambassadors to other cities (Bengaluru, Chennai, etc.).

Locations are selected based on the top-paid count of students.

This initiative aims to create awareness on Meta App & Teacher Portal and build confidence in all
branches outside AP & Telangana.

From past experiences, we would like to use them in an aggressive and productive way by defining
new roles and responsibilities depending on the location.

 Basic Introduction of the IL META application.

 Showcasing the Logged In/Not Logged In students into Meta App
 Usage of all features/assessments active count on the app.
 Discussion on overall application feedback and suggestions.
 Onboarding the teachers through the teacher portal.
 Creating awareness about login issues in the application and teacher’s portal.
