OC GENERATION - TROUBLESHOOTING
1, General
A. Troubleshooting the DC generation system involves tracing the mal func-
tion to a specific circuit or component. See Figure 101 for a
simplified schematic of the electrical systen.
2. Tools and Equipment
NOTE: Equivalent substitutes may be used instead of the following items.

3. Troubleshooting
NOTE: For troubleshooting the electrical systen, refer to the trouble-
shooting charts and simplified schematic in this section and the
Cessna Model 402C Wiring Diagran Manual.
On airplanes 402C0201 and On, in the event of an indication of
alternator malfunction, an inspection of the alternator and related
systems is to be preformed prior to the next flight per the Teledyne
Continental Bulletin M80-8 and Multiengine Service Letter ME¥O-10.
