Background
IT SchoolsAB is newly started company which performs lernias IT solutions like cloud and
infrastructure issues and supports, we are 20 employees that are It provisional and assistents.

Current situations

We have helped Stockholms schools with the IT problems and network con gurations. We usually
setup to design and arrange identity and security complains.

Technical problems

At IT Schools AB, we have been using the same software and computer technology for
the past ve years. There are good valid reasons to upgrade our customers to on cloud in
order to use more suf cient, secure and less upfront technology.

Requirements

• We can easily be shared with clients, even large les. We do not have to worry about
storage space as we will have unlimited data storage and availability.

• All software and applications will be set up on the cloud, and everyone will have equal
access without having to download or install the programs onto their computers. It will
enhance the ef ciency of the company with a 30% increase in work performance and in
pro tability.

Our vision

We want to complete the entire changeover will take about the upcoming years During
the rst 2 years , the IT department will work on getting the cloud network ready, which
includes the creation of the full cloud solutions and the using online software and
applications. We will involve moving the data over and upgrading all the needs on the
cloud according to the IT purposes.

New Computers for the Company: 10,000 kr Contract with the Cloud Server: 5,0000 kr/
year New Software Costs: 2,0000 kr
Training Costs: 5,0000 kr
