My favorites in Caesars Restaurant   
 
Introduction   
The Caesars Restaurant in Tijuana is a classic restaurant you must visit if you go to Tijuana
México. Do you know that Caesar salad was invented in Tijuana in the 20s? This restaurant is an
excellent place to eat, and every dish is delicious. Caesar salad has been my favorite salad since I
was a kid. And I will explain to you that three of my favorite meals are in this iconic restaurant,
of course, the original Caesar Salad, then The Beef Wellington, and for dessert a delicious Guava
Tart. It’s a pleasant experience to visit this restaurant with old black and white photographs on
the walls and an old cooper coffee machine that surprises me with how beautiful it is.

Body Paragraph 1    
The Caesars Salad was created by Chef Caesare Cardini in 1924. This salad is famous and
known all over the world. Caesar Salad is my favorite because it is fresh and simple at the same
time. It has few ingredients but together they make an explosion of flavor. When you order they
prepare it in front of you in a big wooden bowl and show you how, and they give you the recipe
printed on a card so that you can have the recipe and prepare the salad at home.

The second dish I invite you to taste in Casers Restaurant is The Beef Wellington. This dish is a
delicious meal baked from filet meat and mushrooms inside of a puff pastry served with a side of
vegetables such as carrots and asparagus, a side of mashed potatoes, and a bowl with exquisite
red wine gravy. It is a complicated meal to prepare, so the waiter of the restaurant will tell you it
will take a while, but it is so good that it is worth the waiting time for it.

The third dish that will have to be tasted is the Guava Tart. This is a delicious guava and walnut-
based dessert. The presentation is in a small cookie circle, on top of the guava with nuts and
glaze. They serve it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side, making it sweet and refreshing
at the same time.

Conclusion:   
In conclusion, it is an excellent experience to visit Caesar’s Restaurant the place where the
famous world know Caesar salad was invented in Tijuana México. For a complete experience, of
course, order the Caesar Salad, and you must try the delicious Beef Wellington, for dessert you
should order the Guava Tart to end your day with a sweet flavor. These three meals are my top-
best dishes to eat in this authentic place, and every time we visit my hometown, we go there to
complete our visit home.
