A. DOCUMENTS TO ACCOMPANY PRE-PLANNING CONSULTATION FORM

The following must accompany the Pre-Planning Consultation Form.

 The Pre-Planning Consultation Form should be fully completed.

 A copy of a site location map of sufficient size and detail to identify the site to which
the application relates, i.e. 25” or 6” to 1 Mile scale map or Discovery Series 1:50,000
scale map.
 The site location should be outlined in RED on the appropriate map.

B. DIRECTIONS FOR COMPLETING THIS FORM

Before sending in your application please ensure:

 The application has been fully completed.

 All the fields in Bold have being completed.
 A copy of site location map, clearly showing the site (outlined in red) is enclosed.

The application should be sent to:

Please note:

Pre-Planning Consultation Forms that are not fully completed or that are not accompanied
by the documents requested in Part A will be deemed invalid and will be returned to the
