Fried Rice

Equipment
Wok or frying pan
Measuring spoons
Measuring cup (½)
Wooden spoon
Spatula
Chopping board and sharp knife
Plate

Ingredients
1 egg beaten
1 spring onion
½ tsp garlic
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp fish sauce
1 Tablespoons chilli sauce
1 tsp and 1 Tbsp of oil
½ carrot
½ cup shredded cabbage
½ cup frozen vegetables
1 cup cooked rice
Salt to taste

Method
1. Slice carrots into thin matchsticks.
2. Thinly slice spring onion
3. Heat teaspoon of oil in a pan
4. Pour beaten egg into pan and tilt to spread all over the pan. Roll
omelette in the pan and then slide onto a plate.
5. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a large pan or wok.
6. Add sliced carrot and veges and cook for 2 mins
7. Add sauces, garlic and stir
8. Add rice, spring onion and cabbage and stir for further 2- 3 mins.
9. Slice omelette into thin pieces and gently stir thru.
