I chose scenario 3 because even when they can’t see the virus or the infection with their own
naked eye, People in different colonies started using mask because they we’re advised by people
who studied and knows more about the virus than them. Another factor why they used mask is
when we see mask, we immediately know that is for our health’s safety and when people around
us uses them, we also follow not because of the trend but because it’s a need. We can also relate
their response to the virus through a school of thought in psychology called Behaviorism which
means that the response or behavior of people can be explained by environmental causes rather
than internal forces because upon observing their behavior, people of different colonies were
influenced by their environment or surroundings. They also learn from the experiences of others
like those who had illness and died because of not wearing masks.
