construction, condition, state of repair, and fitness for purpose, unless
otherwise specified.
3. Purchaser has made a full examination and inspection of the
purchasesd item(s) and accepts such item(s) in present condition and
without expectation of any further contribution, alteration or repair
by FitFix Inc.
3. Purchaser hereby Releases FitFix Inc, its officers, directors, agents
and employees from any and all claims which may arise from the
Purchaser’s purchase and use of the items described, including any
third party claims brought against the Purchaser.
