Tell Me About Yourself.

I’m a person who likes knowing other cultures and languages for example
English, Japanese and why not the german, I practice some sports liker
cycling and hapkido. I´m a proactive person that means that I enjoy learning
new things to do. In the labor field, i’ve been working as a junior engineer at
a big company of public services and telecommunications in cali city for
more less 6 months and my duties included assisting the boss of the
department and also others engineers of the different departments inside of
the same corporation, I am also looking for an opportunity to grow and I
hope it will be in this company. I studied at uniminuto college, where I gained
my first level in industrial engineer diploma.

What are your hobbies? (va junto con la de arriba por si los humanos)

I usually spend my leisure time reading books, watching news, youtube,

twitch, learning a new language or practicing some sport. I like reading new
and trending novels and my favourite genres include suspense, horror and
thriller novels. Being a voracious reader, I believe that I have a strong
vocabulary and knowledge of grammar. My zeal for writing gets its flair from
my passion for reading books.

What are your strengths?

i consider I’m a punctual and responsible person because I always arrive

early and complete my work on time. My previous job had a lot
of deadlines (time when you must finish something by) and I made sure
that I was organized and adhered to (respected) all my jobs, also i work
well with another people I consider myself to be a team-worker, I find it’s
much easier to achieve something when everyone works together and
communicates well. I’m a bit ambitious. I have always set myself goals
and it motivates me to work hard. I have achieved my goals so far with
my training, education and work experience and now I am looking for
ways to improve myself and grow. I like to take initiative I mean to do
something without having to be told to do it. When I work, I always take
initiative. If I see something that needs doing, I don’t wait for instruction, I
do it. Moreover, I can stay calm in all kinds of situations. 

I think this aspect is important when you’re working as a callcenter. It can

get really stressful, but one of my greatest qualities is that I can keep
myself calm and I don’t allow the pressure to get to me, which helps me
to remain focused.
What are your weaknesses
 sometimes I am slower in completing my tasks compared to others
because I really want to get things right. I sometimes recheck documents
and files to make sure everything is accurate.
Also I tend to overthink things a lot but it's always in search of a solution
to a problem.

Why Are You the Best Person for the Job?

My previous job was working as a junior engineer. It provided me the
ideal experience for this position. Unless, it wasn’t a lot of time (6 months)
I developed many of the skills required for this job, including taking calls
and responding emails, processing payments, and entering data on
multiple computer programs.

Why did you leave your last job?

I’m looking for new challenges, I felt that I needed to spread my wings
and fly to a new sky full of opportunities, I felt i wasn’t able to show all my
talents that´s why I’m looking for a job where I can grow with the
company.

Where do you see yourself 5 years from now?

I see myself improving my communication skills and being recognized in

the industry. I want to enhance my knowledge and by then I will have
become a team leader.

What kind of salary do you expect?

I expect a salary according to the hours worked and the kind of activities
developed during that time. So, I expect more than the basic.

Why are you interested in this job?

Because it would give me the opportunity to develop different skills in

different aspects, specially in speaking with other people in a second
language. I have always wanted to have that experience. And I consider
that I have the qualities for applying to this job. (vocabulario basico)
