in the CCC activity entitled GLOW RUN “Green Learning Opportunity for Warriors Run” on
Saturday, November 19, 2022 at 4:00 o'clock in the morning from OMNHS Grandstand to City
College of Calapan.

I understand and agree that the organizers will do their best for the safe and smooth conduct of
the activity, still in case of any unnatural happening, I will not hold the school responsible. You
