Dear Parents and Guardians,

Blessed be God!

With much gratitude to God for entrusting the Christian education of your children to Manresa School, we hope and
pray that you are in the best of well-being upon receipt of this letter.

As you may very well know, we are now nearing the end of the Second Term and we have been together in molding
the minds and hearts of our common children. As your educational partner, the school always strives to provide
integral Christian education despite the challenges we have encountered these past few months. We will always be
grateful for your understanding and unwavering support to all our endeavors for this academic year.

Last February 1, 2023, the school opened its admission for new student applicants for SY 2023-2024. In this regard, we
would like to inform you that we are now accepting reservations for our old students who still wish to remain part of
the Manresa School educative family.

Please be guided by the following terms and conditions pertaining to this matter:
1. Application of new students is open for all levels (Preschool, Grade School, Junior High School, and Grade 11).
Admission requirements and procedures are posted on the school’s website (www.manresaschool.edu.ph).

2. Reservation of slots for SY 2023 – 2024 for old students is necessary. Failure to make a reservation would mean
forfeiture of the slot in favor of the new students. A fee of Php 3,000.00 will be charged per student in order
to ensure a slot. This amount shall be deducted from the tuition fee but is understood that in the event of
cancellation, it is deemed to be NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.

3. Reservation of slots for old students may be done either onsite or online starting March 1, 2023. For onsite
transactions, please visit the Treasurer’s Office from 8:00 - 11:30 AM, 1:00 - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday; and
8:00 – 11:30 AM, Saturday.

4. For online transactions, payments may be settled online through a fund transfer to the school’s official bank
accounts. Make sure to upload your proof of payment through the parent’s portal (please see attached PDF
file for the step-by-step guide).

 5. All reservations for enrollment shall remain valid and effective up to the entire duration of the official
enrolment period and shall automatically expire after the lapse of the said period, if not availed.

6. Parents who have asked/requested for a certificate of transfer, recommendation letter, and the like shall be
deemed to have canceled the slot of their son/daughter in favor of the new students.

7. ONLINE enrollment will be on June 19, 2023 onwards. ONSITE enrollment will be on July 25, 2023 onwards.

Maria de Jesus and our spiritual mother, Virgin Mary continue to protect and guide you and your family all the time.
