SYNOPSIS

KisaanSardhak

1. Introduction

A rapid growth rate of dairy and poultry related products due to increased
demand in market has influenced minds of large number of people who are in search
of a better and stable source of income to take up poultry and dairy farming as their
primary or secondary sources of income. The large data of these farmers need to be
processed also there is a need to provide them with a market exposure which would
help them in revenue generation, which not only helps farmers but also gives slight
advantage to businesses looking for them.

2. Problem statement

A lot of marginal and women farmers who deal with production of dairy,
poultry and other livestock related products usually don’t get proper valuation of their
products due to confined market exposure, due to this which they miss a lot of better
opportunities, secondly a large number of these farmers are unaware of the
government schemes that could benefit them in some or the other way. Also many
large and small scale businesses find it difficult to search for a reliable source of raw
material for their products.

3. Outcomes

The main objective of KissanSardhak is to provide a platform which would

 help government schemes to reach right farmer at right time.

 expand market for farmers and introducing them to new opportunities.
 provide wide range of choices for businesses to select their source that meets
quality and quantity requirements.

4. Methodology

KisaanSardhak is an online portal for registration and processing of dairy and

poultry farmers, which can also be used to convey profiting schemes to farmers.

Farmers gets themselves registered on KisaanSardhak portal providing

information about themselves and the quality and quantity of the product. Various
businesses then can request for sample product after reviewing quality and quantity of
product mentioned in farmer profile.

After successful quality assurance farmers and businesses can settle a deal or
contract, and farmers will be paid by businesses on successful delivery of product.

Based on this complete process businesses can give reviews about the farmers
which will help farmers for improving their rating and buyers get a parameter of
reliability on a particular farmer.

5. Conclusion

The main purpose of KisaanSardhak is to give farmers a place to market their

goods. Additionally, it gives companies a platform to locate reliable suppliers of the
goods they require. Also large data of these dairy and poultry farmers will be stored in
a organized manner, which will help government to convey messages to them in short
span of time.
