the works packages, and includes all past, and present, and any future identified
scope gaps;

7. All and any claims from the Contractor (past, and present) and any disputes
which may arise thereof, inclusive of any claims from any third- party entities of
the Contractor prior to the Effective Date; and
8. Any past, and present claims, howsoever arising, for Extensions of Time and
or additional costs for the COVI D-19 Pandemic up to the Effective Date.
The Parties agree that the Contractor's performance obligations remain unaltered
and the
Contract Provisions remain fully effective up to the date of the issuance of the
Performance
Certificate in accordance with GC 11 .9 [Performance Certificate].
The Parties also agree that the Contract shall also remain in force in the event
the Contractor
has unperformed obligations in accordance with GC 11 .1 0 [Unfulfilled
