22221-1 - Key Account Coordinator
Day-to-day activities:
• You engage with our FMCG partner and build strong business relationships, listening to their
needs, feedback and always stay in close communications.
• You form marketing campaigns and initiatives together with our FMCG partners, agencies &
merchants to add value to our users, forming a win-win situation.
• You help drive growth and high ROI - ensuring that our partners are growing together with Grab.
Take a data driven approach to estimate ROI and KPI analysis for each partner & optimize them for
long term success.
• You will serve as the point of contact between the FMCG partners and internal stakeholders (i.e.
Food, Mart, Ads, MKT, Transport, Content, Legal,…) and ensure our partners are maintaining
performance and quality consistently.
• You will ensure that issues of concern are resolved promptly over email, phone, or in person.
• You will help create frameworks, processes and tools frequently to keep evolving in manage all
parties performance's, in order for knowledge continuity to serve our partners better.
Essential Experience:
• Good sense in planning/ project management and problem-solving skills.
• Good sense of driving business performance metrics through partnerships.
• Work well under pressure and in a dynamic environment.
• You are able to articulate and communicate well. English is a must.
Key Account Coordinator
• You have strong interpersonal skills and trust-building ability. Ability to manage multiple
stakeholders at different levels, up to senior level management.
Desirable Experience:
• You have a minimum 1 years of experience in account management, business development or
sales operations.
• You are capable of using and analyzing large amounts of data to provide practical insights and
comprehensive solutions.
• You have tart-up attitude – willing to learn and work hard to get things done in a dynamic, ultra-fast-
paced.
