    GOALS WORKSHEET
    Crafting S.M.A.R.T. Goals are designed to help you identify if what you want to achieve is realistic and determine a deadline. When writing S.M.A.R.T.
    Goals use concise language, but include relevant information. These are designed to help you succeed, so be positive when answering the questions.

    Write the goal you have in mind

    To achieve the grades I want in the final DP Score, and to get into the college / university that I want to.
    Biggest goal is to get into University of Pennsylvania, but that is a very high reach.

    S What do you want to accomplish? Who needs to be included? When do you want to do this? Why is this a goal?

     I want to accomplish at least a 35+ in DP, My teachers need to be included to help me with my grades, and my parents need to
    SPECIFIC includes. I want this goal because I want to get into a good college, to bring a educational aspect to my dads business.

    M How can you measure progress and know if you’ve successfully met your goal?

    MEASURABL  I can measure my progress, if I get constant grades in my Mocks, and be confident in my studies, and my teachers being very

    A amount of effort required on par with what the goal will achieve?

    ACHIEVABLE  I believe I have the skills to achieve the grades I need, and I have the drive to study and get the goals I want.

     I am setting this goal because this will help me achieve the grades I need, to not only get into the college that I want but also gain
    RELEVANT confidence in my own self.

    T What’s the deadline and is it realistic?

    TIME-BOUND The end of grade 11 and grade 12

    Review what you have written, and craft a new goal statement based on what the answers to the questions above have revealed

     My new goal is to get a 34+, in final DP score. And to gain confidence into my self, and produce a very good student profile.
