DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE OF LAND

Know All Men By These Presents:

That , I, ROSEMARIE R. DADOY , married of legal age with residence at


______________________________________________ do hereby depsed and say :

That , I am the owner of one (1) parcel of land situated at Brgy. Kiloloron , Real
Quezon which is being covered by TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. 067-
2014000352 issued by the office of the Register of Deeds of Infanta, Quezon more
particularly described as follow:

“ A parcel of land( Lot 418, of the subdivision plan, SGS-045638-000440 (AR) being
a portion of NR-04-000026 (AR) containing an area of 33,471 , situated at Brgy. Kiloloron
and Quinanliman Municipality of Real Province of Quezon , Island. of Luzon . Bounded on
the NE,. along line 1-2 by Lot 417 on the SW , along line 2-3 with legal easement (3.00m.,
wide ) by Lot 359 (Kiloloron River) , along line 3-4 by lot 422; and on the NE ., along line4-
1 by Lot 419, all all of the subdivision plan .

That we hereby warrant the Valid Title and peace full possession over the said land ,
the right to dispose the same free any claims, liens and encumbrances . That from now on
full rights and ownership shall now pertain and belong to the said FEMS INT’L (PHIL.)

That this property does not fall under the provision of Republic Act 3844 or the
Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Code.
