Sir, In inviting a reference to the subject cited above, | am to say that the trainees admitted under CTS are being registered under NCVT for each Academic Session starting from 2014 onwards and after passing out the AITT Examination conducted by the NCVT, they are requesting for Migration Certificate for their Higher Study. In this context, the DGT, New Delhi was apprised the fact and considering their instructions, the following procedure may please be followed to settle the issue. 1. The Migration Certificate may be issued by the concerned ITI w.e.f Academic Session 2014-15 to 2022-23 in addition to issue of TC/Leaving Certificate. 2. The Transfer Certificate (TC) submitted by the candidates during ITI admission period may not be cancelled at ITis / Certificate verification centers after admission w.ef ‘Academic Session 2023-24 onwards and the same may be retumed to the candidates after completion of training or when such candidate wishes to leave the Institute, after striking off from the roll & mentioning in the admission register.
