Our interactive abilities improve as we communicate more and mix into

others. In order to establish a positive school culture free of negativity
and a continuously evolving institution that cultivates outstanding
future leaders, we require school interaction. The members of a school
are instilled with the shared values, ideals, principles, and beliefs of
successful leaders. The school leader is in charge of establishing a
school culture. The school administrators have the ability to improve
their symbolic leadership practices by better expressing the culture of
the organization.
