I, SAID W. JUMA of Post Office Box 34537, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, aged over 18 years,

the administrator of the estate of the above-named Halima Saidi Wainaina who died on the 29 th day
of January 2001, intestate make oath and state as follows: -

THAT a grant of letters of administration of the said estate was made to me in this matter by the High
Court at Nairobi on the 16th day of September 2002.

THAT the deceased was survived by the following children:

Saidi W. Juma Son P.O. Box 21530 Nairobi50 years old

THAT the deceased was survived by the following other dependants {set out name, address
and age of each person (other than his children) as per Rule 40 (3) (a) and (b) stating the
extent to which maintained by deceased prior to his death}

THAT no application for provision for dependants is pending.

THAT the identification and shares of all persons beneficially entitled to the said estate have been
ascertained and determined as follows:
