To use my skills and ability to provide quality service as a strong, human resource manager,
Planner and Problem solver who readily adapts to change, exhibits high level of team work and

I am a very energetic, ambitious and an open minded individual who always strives to achieve
the highest standard possible.
I have excellent computer, communication and leadership skills and have the ability to work
independently and as a team. I am a very flexible, hardworking, dependable and reliable.

I have a strong passion for social sector Administration and management, public relations and
Planning with vast knowledge and experience in the organizational management.

I am a highly self-motivated person working to make a contribution to the development of


Uganda, East Africa and Africa especially in matters of job description, satisfaction and play the
crucial role of managing learning and development in the organization.

One year spent volunteering and 3 months of internship,I have been able to acquire and build my
knowledge and competencies in Public and Social Sector Administration and Management,
Public Relations, Organisational and partnership building and management, resource
mobilization and management.I have also acquired good analytical, oral, written and public
presentation skills and ability to work independently and with multi cultural and disciplinary
teams.

WORK EXPERIENCE

1year of internship and volunteering at Humuza innovation Hub, I was able to acquire more
knowledge and experience in my computer skills, ICT and as I said I am flexible in all job fields,
good public relations and management of employee in the organization and improving on my
communication skills.

Currently am working in a small family business managing the business and there is a good
relation between the employees due to job satisfaction and allocation with the knowledge
acquired from my internship and volunteering.

My experience can be applicable in any organization, because of the good public relations,
organization and partnership development, and resource mobilization.
