1. Machine Asset Register/Inventory List

Machines can be registered under below category.
A. Purchase
B. Rent
C. On loan
D. Trial
Each machine and QR code will be generated. System maintains original and duplicate QR code. All the
transactions will be maintained and initiated with a QR code.
In the inventory list there will be every single one which is in the factory (production line, Machine
warehouse, out of order, Changeover area any whare in the factory). After that we will separate
2. Location Transfers
Machines can be transferred from below criteria.
A. Company to Company
B. Site to Site
C. Location to Location (including production Line)

3. System Advice of delivery (AOD) with scan verification

When transferring machines from outside the system’s advice of delivery (AOD) should be mandatory
and at the gate, security needs to be scanned and verified.
4. Machines allocation to line/location wise
Machine can be allocated line/location wise.
5. Machine Maintenance
Machines will be maintenance based on daily maintenance, preventive maintenance , Breakdown
maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, maintenance prevention .
6. Machine Spare parts Management
Forecasting Spare parts demand, parts inventory management, parts distributions record keeping and
over all spare parts cost reduction
7. Tracking Machine Performance Matric
How the machine is effective in terms of availability, performance and quality of the machines this will
be measured to improve the machine performance. For example, OEE, Machine Loss time record etc.
8. Developing Teams & People for Machine Management

A. Team formation
B. Define role, responsibilities and authorizations.
C. Training on tools for machine management activities
 D. Developing team members skill matrix & continual improvement

9. Safety & Machine Management

Safety is the cornerstone of machine management. Safety awareness, Safety promotion plan, Making
maintenance activities safer.

10. Machine Inventory & Maintenance Status Audit

Production line wise/location wise machine verification can be done. User can scan all machines by
selecting relevant location, then system will be highlighted below,

C. Missing Machines
