NOTICE
1. This is a Universal child restraint; it is approved to Regulation No.
44,04 series of amendments, for general use in vehicles and it will fit
most, but not all, car seats.

2. A correct fit is likely if the vehicle manufacturer has declared in the


vehicle handbook that the vehicle is capable of accepting a "Universal"
child restraint for this age group.

3. This child restraint has been classified as "Universal" under more


stringent conditions than those which applied to earlier designs which
do not carry this notice.

4. If in doubt, consult either the child restraint manufacturer or the


retailer.

5.These instructions are important. Please read carefully and retain


for future reference.. These instructions would be with the child
restraint for its life.

1. This car set is suitalbe for children of 9-36kg(1+2+3group).

2. This child seat can only be installed forward facing using


a three-point lap and diagonal seat belt.
3.Do not use this child seat in passenger seats equipped
with airbags.

4.Do not use this child seat in the home. It has not been
designed for home use andshould only be used in your car.

5.This safest seating position for this child car seat is on the
rear seat of a vehicle.
6.Never use the child seat without fastening it into the car.
7.It is dangerous to make any alteration or additions to the
device without the approvalof the competent authority, and
a danger of not following closely the installation instructions
provided by the child restraint manufacturer.

8.Do not leave your child unattended in the seat at any time.

9.The seat should be kept away from sunlight if the seat is


not provided with a textile,otherwise it may be too hot for the
child’s skin.

10.In the event of an emergency it is important that the


child can be released quickly.This means that the buckle is
not fully tamper proof and so your child must be taughtnever
to play with the buckle.

11.Any luggage or other objects liable to cause injuries in


the event of a collision shallbe properly secured.

12.Periodically inspect the harness for wear , paying


particular attention to attachmentpoints. stitching and
adjusting devices.

13.The rigid items and plastic parts of a child restraint


must be so located and installedthat they are not liable ,
during everyday use of the vehicle to become trapped by a
Movable seat or in a door of the vehicle.

14.Always make sure that any straps holding the seat


restraint to the vehicle shall betight , any straps restraining
the child should be adjusted to the child’s body, and checkthat
the straps shall not be twisted.

15.Ensuring that any lap straps is worn low down , so that


the pelvis is firmly engaged,shall be stressed.

16.The seat device should be changed when it has been


subject to violentstresses in an accident.
17.Do not use any load bearing contact points other than
those described in theinstructions and marked in the child
restraint.
18.Store this child seat in a safe place when it is not being
used. Avoid placing heavyobjects on top of it. Do not allow your
child seat to come into contact with corrosivesubstances e.g.
battary acid.

19.The child restraint must not be used without the cover.


The seat cover should not bereplaced with any other than the
one recommended by the manufacturer, because thecover
constitutes an integral part of the restraint performance.

Grouping Instructions/Usage methods

The car seat is suitable for children of 9-36kg , 9 months to 12 years old. It has
three using status as below according to child's weight.
1) GroupⅠ(9-18kg). The child safety seat with backrest.Using the 3-point adult seat
belt of your vehicle to fasten the seat, then fasten your child with the harness belt. (Pic.1)

2)Group II+III (15-36kg). The child safety seat with backrest.Remove the harness belt,then
fasten the child and the safety seat with the 3-point adult seat belt of your vehicle.(Pic.2)

3)Group III (22-36kg). Can remove the backrest from the child safety seat, use the booster
cushion only. Using the 3-point adult seat belt to fasten the child and the seat. (Pic. 3)

The usage methods of the car seat are as follows:


1.To adjust the height of the harness straps to fit your child: Slide the two harness straps
off the harness connector, then pull it through any of the two strap holes up or down on the
seat's backrest. Re-thread the harness strap back onto the harness connector at the back
of the seat. (Pic. 4)

The harness is slackened by pressing the adjuster (under the adjuster cover) on the
front of the seat. Press down the adjuster as you grip the two shoulder straps with
your another hand. Pull the shoulder straps towards you to loosen the harness.(Pic. 5)

To lock the crotch strap and shoulder straps: Put the two buckle tongues together and
engage in the harness buckle with an audible CLICK. (Pic. 6)

Spin the backrest 180º to separate the seat base and the backrest. The seat base can be
installed independently in the car. (See Pic.7)

1. For GroupⅠ(9-18kg) 7 Pull out the car seat belt, thread the car lap belt under the
armrest then go through the seat belt route slot in one side together with diagnol belt,
then through the plastic backrest and pull out from the other side of the seat belt route
slot and fasten them into the seat belt buckle.Tighten the lap belt and diagonal belt. (Pic.8).
Caution! The car seat belt shouldn't be tangled, twisted or jammed in the car door or other
auto-parts.
Warning: Do not pull seat belt through the headrest hook.

Istallation methods

For Group II (15-25 kg): Remove the backrest from the child car seat and use the booster
cushion only. Push the booster cushion firmly against the car seat backrest, pull out the car
seat belt, thread the car lap belt under the armrest then across your child's hips, pull the
diagonal belt through your child's chest, then pull the lap belt and the diagonal belt
together through the other side of the armrest and buckle up. Tighten the lap belt and
diagonal belt .(Pic. 9).

Caution! The car seat belt is not tangled, twisted or jammed in the car door or other auto-parts.

For Group III (22-36 kg): Remove the backrest from the child car seat and use the booster
cushion only. Push the booster cushion firmly against the car seat backrest, pull out the car
seat belt, thread the car lap under the armrest then across your child's hips, pull the diagonal
belt through your child's chest, then pull the lap belt and the diagonal belt together through
the other side of the armrest (up and under the armrest separately) and buckle up. Tighten
the lap belt and diagonal belt .( Pic.10).
Caution! The car seat belt is not tangled, twisted or jammed in the car door or other auto-parts.

To release child, just press the red button on the buckle, the buckle tongues will pop up.

The adjustment of harness straps and head rest

Tightening the harness


Pull the shoulder straps upwards to remove the slack from
the lap sections of the harness then pull the adjuster strap
until the harness is fully tightened.
The harness should be adjusted as tightly as possible
without causing discomfort to your child.
A loose harness can be dangerous.
Check the harness adjuster and tighten each time the
child is placed in the seat.

Slackening the harness


The harness is slackened by pressing the adjuster
(under the adjuster cover) on the front of the seat.
Press down the adjuster as you grip the two shoulder
straps with your another hand. Pull the shoulder straps
towards you to loosen the harness.

How to adjust the headrest


Removing and store the harness
1) Removing the harness buckle
Open the harness buckle (press the red release button).
Reclining the child seat backwards
Push T bar, with which the harness buckle is fixed to the seat shell, on its side upwards
through the belt slot. Take out the buckle and save it.
2) Store harness straps out of occupant area
Loosen the harness straps. Pull buckle tongues out through the vehicle belt slots in the
backrest. Secure the buckle tongues with webbing ties located in both sides of back cover.
Install or release the back rest
Release
Push it backwards out to the base
Install
Make the two connector into the two base holes, then make it stand upright.
