1. Tell me about yourself ?

Ans My name is Silki Singh. I belong to Jhansi.

About my education qualification, I did my schooling from St. Francis convent inter
college, Jhansi and completed graduation in commerce from Bundelkhand
University. Then, I have completed Nursery Teacher Training Course from Arya
Kanya Degree College, Jhansi in 2009. Further, I did B.Ed from Jiwaji University,
Gwalior in 2012 and presently pursuing MA from Bundelkhand University.

I have three members in my family. My husband is a business man in transport

sector. I have blessed with two children and they are studying in ___________.

About my previous experience, I have ten years of experience in pre-school

teaching. I worked two years in private school in Jhansi and presently I have been
worked for last eight years in White Tiger Army Pre Primary School, Jhansi.

During the tenure, I have taught class LKG & UKG’s children. It was a great
learning experience for me and I have learnt many different teaching methods from
our colleagues and seniors for improvement of my skills. On implementation of
NEP 2020, we have changed our academic education to Goal Oriented Education
and we worked on holistic development of children.

Sir,

Due to COVID-19 pandemic, we have taught the children through online and
include the new way of teaching with latest technology and we brought our class
room teaching to online platform through GOOGLE MEET and made educative
videos and uploaded on youtube.

In addition,

The regular webinar conducted by FDRC under Army Welfare Education Society,
New Delhi for enhancing & upgradation of teaching skills AND the daily interaction
with children as well as their parents and their feedback evolved me as a better
teacher.

2. What is the meaning of FDRC ?

Ans Sir, FDRC means “Faculty Development & Research Centre” which is located
in New Delhi. It works under Army Welfare Education Society, New Delhi. The main aim of
this centre is to organize cadres/ webinar for enhancement the skills of teachers of APPS
& APS.

3. What do you understand about POSCO Act ?

Ans Sir, POSCO Act means “Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act” . It
was introduced by the government with an aim to provide legal provision for the crimes of
sexual abuse against children.

Ans Sir, National Initiative for Proficiency in Reading with understanding and Numeracy
Bharat Mission to ensure that every child in India gains foundational numeracy and
literacy at the end of class 3.
