Application : The model of RVB-1121Lvacuum Aluminum soldering furnace is horizontal type with front door &
back door design. High pumping speed oil diffusion pump groups, full metal shield insulation layers, fast pumping
It’s applied for aluminum base materials vacuum soldering, finished works keep bright surface & non-oxidation.
The control system was controlled by PLC, temperature controlled by intelligent temperature controller , accurate
control, high automation, Manual or Auto model can undisturbed switches, easy operation, energy saving, no
pollution.
2.Cooling water: inlet pressure 0.1~0.3Mpa ; temp≤35℃;PH value about 7; Soft water without any sand or

RVB-1121L model vacuum furnace was assembled by vacuum system, shell, heating chamber, control system,
cooling system, water cooling system, pneumatic system, temperature measuring system,& feeding.
1. Vacuum system
1.1 For high vacuum work condition, it has 2 sets of 3 stages vacuum pump system:DIP30000 oil diffusion pumps,
WH4400 roots pump,SV630BF mechanical piston pump & D60C holding pump.

1.2 The pre-stage pipe matched vacuum check point for judge pre-stage pump working or not.
1.3 No any butterfly valves on vacuum system, we only using high reliability vacuum pneumatic baffle valves on
vacuum system.
1.4 The oil diffusion pump has auto temp control function, the Cold-trap was installed on the entrance of diffusion
pump, and it can effect inhibits oil flow-back from oil diffusion pump.
2.Furnace Shell
2.1 It has double layers cooling water jacket, assembled by furnace body and furnace door, joints. Its inner wall
is made of stainless steel SS 304 & outer wall was made by quality carbon steel Q235.
2.2 The furnace shell can bed opened at the front and rear doors. One end is the material charging door, and this
furnace door is manually rotating and side opening (with positioning); the other rear door is the maintenance door,
and this door is manually rotating and side opening (with positioning).
2.3 Shell body has vacuum system inlet joint, temperature measuring inlet joint, thermocouple inlet joint, water
cooled electrode inlet joint & air charging/degassing joint. All hot joints using high temperature resistance fluorine
rubber rings or water cooling protection, so even the furnace running in high temperature condition, these sealing

4.Control system
4.1 The system is composed of a thyristor voltage regulator, a variety of high-precision instruments, a
microprocessor, and a control system independently developed by Gehang Vacuum Technology Co., Ltd., which

4.3 The temperature controller uses the UK “EUROTHERM” 2604 controller. Its control accuracy reaches ±
0.1% F.S, helping users to achieve higher levels of technology. The temperature controller's communication
function and expansion function are very powerful, and can realize many functions such as temperature/time
setting of 888 segments, intelligent PID, automatic switching of heating control channels, and so on. It can also
realize the functions of thermocouple breaking and fault redundancy, simplify the troubleshooting process and

4.5 Various sensors, such as inlet/outlet water temperature, water pressure, air pressure, heating temperature, oil

controller through the sensor in real time. The PLC reacts in real time according to the parameters to achieve

4.7 Control cabinet with 15.6-inch industrial touch screen, MCGS brand flagship model 1561Hii, eight-core
processor, 1920x1080 resolution, four sets of resistive touch screen, using a good electromagnetic shielding,
beautiful and sturdy aluminum body At the same time, MCGS Linux configuration software is pre-installed.

including production process management, information management, historical data curve query copy, Intelligent
