Application : The model of RVB-1121Lvacuum Aluminum soldering furnace is horizontal type with front door &

back door design. High pumping speed oil diffusion pump groups, full metal shield insulation layers, fast pumping

speed & inner clean.

It’s applied for aluminum base materials vacuum soldering, finished works keep bright surface & non-oxidation.

The control system was controlled by PLC, temperature controlled by intelligent temperature controller , accurate

control, high automation, Manual or Auto model can undisturbed switches, easy operation, energy saving, no

pollution.

RVB-1121L model vacuum furnace was assembled by vacuum system, shell, heating chamber, control system,

cooling system, water cooling system, pneumatic system, temperature measuring system,& feeding.

1. Vacuum system

1.1 For high vacuum work condition, it has 2 sets of 3 stages vacuum pump system:DIP30000 oil diffusion pumps,

WH4400 roots pump,SV630BF mechanical piston pump & D60C holding pump.

1.2 The pre-stage pipe matched vacuum check point for judge pre-stage pump working or not.

1.3 No any butterfly valves on vacuum system, we only using high reliability vacuum pneumatic baffle valves on

vacuum system.

1.4 The oil diffusion pump has auto temp control function, the Cold-trap was installed on the entrance of diffusion

pump, and it can effect inhibits oil flow-back from oil diffusion pump.

2.Furnace Shell

2.1 It has double layers cooling water jacket, assembled by furnace body and furnace door, joints. Its inner wall

is made of stainless steel SS 304 & outer wall was made by quality carbon steel Q235.

2.2 The furnace shell can bed opened at the front and rear doors. One end is the material charging door, and this

furnace door is manually rotating and side opening (with positioning); the other rear door is the maintenance door,

and this door is manually rotating and side opening (with positioning).

2.3 Shell body has vacuum system inlet joint, temperature measuring inlet joint, thermocouple inlet joint, water

cooled electrode inlet joint & air charging/degassing joint. All hot joints using high temperature resistance fluorine

rubber rings or water cooling protection, so even the furnace running in high temperature condition, these sealing

still working well.

2.4 The welding of furnace is very strong, it can against 4kg/cm2 of water pressure in 30min pressure testing.

This testing is our welding quality control; guarantee a stable vacuum condition for furnace in long-time work.

2.5 Safety valve is installed above the furnace body, which can be adjusted freely according to the conditions of

use, which is safe and reliable.

3.Heating chamber

3.1 Heating chamber was made by SS(stainless steel)shell, heat preservation materials, insulation layer, insulator,

work piece support & heater.

3.2 Insulation layer using SS screen + SS 304 outer jacket as its preservation structure.Good insulation effect,

energy saving. In order to ensure the heat preservation effect of the heating chamber for a long time, the heat

shield adopts an anti-varying process.

3.3 Heating elements is using high temperature nickel-chromium strips, Base on working zone size and

temperature uniformity requirement of heating chamber, heating belts set with 11 independent heating zones(2

heating zones on the upper, left and right sides of the heating chamber, 3 heating zones at the bottom of the heating

chamber, 1 heating zone on the front and rear cover of the heating chamber, 11 heating zones in total). Each

heating zone has one piece of thermocouple. The thermocouple serves as a temperature feedback signal and is

provided to the temperature controller to control the output power of the regulator.

3.4 The insulators are made of high-purity alumina ceramics.

3.5 Furnace support structure was assembled by high temperature stainless steel.

3.6 Furnace body & heating chamber were matched with multi point temperature measuring joints, for temperature

uniformity testing.

4.Control system

4.1 The system is composed of a thyristor voltage regulator, a variety of high-precision instruments, a

microprocessor, and a control system independently developed by Gehang Vacuum Technology Co., Ltd., which

can realize automatic, semi-automatic and manual switching modes.

4.2 DC24V safety voltage control is adopted in the control cabinet to control the strong electric power. All

low-voltage components use international brands such as Siemens, Schneider, and Phoenix. The quality,

performance, and workmanship are very reliable, reducing the failure rate of the control system. If components fail

after long-term use, users can quickly select faulty components and further Reduce the damage caused by the fault.

The control cabinet is equipped with an aviation plug connector, which makes the wiring inside the cabinet

beautiful, realizes modularization of the control system, and facilitates equipment upgrade, modification and

debugging.

4.3 The temperature controller uses the UK “EUROTHERM” 2604 controller. Its control accuracy reaches ±

0.1% F.S, helping users to achieve higher levels of technology. The temperature controller's communication

function and expansion function are very powerful, and can realize many functions such as temperature/time

setting of 888 segments, intelligent PID, automatic switching of heating control channels, and so on. It can also

realize the functions of thermocouple breaking and fault redundancy, simplify the troubleshooting process and

improve the reliability of the equipment in the production process.

4.4 The device uses a thyristor voltage regulator to combine the EUROTHERM 2604 temperature controller with

high current and low voltage to achieve continuous and stable temperature regulation and control.

4.5 Various sensors, such as inlet/outlet water temperature, water pressure, air pressure, heating temperature, oil

temperature, vacuum degree and other real-time parameters of the equipment, are sent to the PLC programmable

controller through the sensor in real time. The PLC reacts in real time according to the parameters to achieve

production automation. Various real-time parameters are simultaneously read by the industrial touch screen, and

each parameter is automatically recorded and a working graph is generated. It is more necessary to view or copy

the graph or data in the recording period at any time.

(Note: The water pressure and air pressure detection and control of the machine are controlled by a combination of

digital pressure switch and pressure sensor. It ensures accurate and stable detection, and the equipment is durable

and reliable.)

4.6 The temperature collection component used for heating the workpiece applied single-core thermocouple.

4.7 Control cabinet with 15.6-inch industrial touch screen, MCGS brand flagship model 1561Hii, eight-core

processor, 1920x1080 resolution, four sets of resistive touch screen, using a good electromagnetic shielding,

beautiful and sturdy aluminum body At the same time, MCGS Linux configuration software is pre-installed.

Through our own customized user interface, users can complete all control operations on the touch screen,

including production process management, information management, historical data curve query copy, Intelligent

fault analysis alarm, real-time display of equipment operating status and other functions, and can support remote

monitoring and network information management.

5.Water cooling system

5.1 The water inlet main pipe is equipped with a digital pressure gauge and a water temperature thermocouple. Its

function is to provide a signal to the control system when the water pressure is insufficient, and then the control

system can judge and alarm or cut off the power.

5.2 To make the equipment beautiful, all soft water pipes can use hydraulic hose.

5.3 The heat ex-changer is filled with water alone and the solenoid valve is controlled to open during cooling to

improve the cooling speed.

5.4 Water cooling is provided with emergency water interface, and emergency water source is connected in case of

power failure.

6.Gas Inflation/Deflation system

6.1 This system is composed of main inflation channel, vice inflatable channel in parallel and auto partial pressure

pipe, can inflate inert gas such as Nitrogen, Argon, etc. according to processing requirements.

6.2 The main inflation channel is automatic operation. Inflation valve adopts imported magnetic valve, can adjust

air pressure according to different cooling speed, and can stop inflating automatically when inflating pressure

reaches different pressure( able to inflate gas automatically when below the limit of set pressure; able to stop

inflation automatically when reaches the limit of st pressure).

6.3 Vice inflatable channel adopts manual valve, to protect whole system and work-piece are not damaged, in case

of power cut suddenly.

6.4 Gas pipe matched with gas source pressure monitor gauge, when gas source pressure lower than setting, the

system start alarm.

7.Pneumatic system

7.1 Assembled by two position five-way electromagnetic directional valve groups and oil-water separator, gas

circuit. The mainly work of pneumatic system is for the pneumatic baffle valve of furnace as dynamic supporter.

7.2 The manometer set on the gas circuit, when system pressure lower than setting, the control system will alarm.

8.Temperature measuring system

This system was assembled by 11 pcs of K type thermocouples, for temperature uniformity testing in uniform zone,

also for work pieces temperature testing.

9.Feeding system

Feeding skip is fully electrical hydraulic forklift, moving by rail assistance, user can feed and take the material

loading very stable.

10. Safety settings

In order to enable the equipment to operate safely and smoothly, it is equipped with safety settings. In the event of

a failure, the system will activate a flashing warning light as a dedicated alarm and indicate it in the control area

where the program belongs.

10.1 Turn off the heating system when the over-temperature range that can be set is exceeded.

10.2 When the supply of compressed air (power source) is insufficient, there will be an alarm.

10.3 When the heating system or the voltage regulator fails, causing abnormal heat in the voltage regulator, the

corresponding current supply will be cut off.

10.4 There will be an alarm when the air supply pressure of the inflation system is insufficient.

10.5 The installed regulator has a thermocouple fail-safe function, and the heating system will be shut down in

time when the thermocouple fails.

10.6 Interlocking control of vacuum valve and vacuum pump to avoid misoperation.

10.7 The balance valve of the equipment is equipped with a silencer to reduce noise.

Part 7: Acceptance Test

FAT(Factory Acceptance Test) = Preliminary Acceptance

All test will be finished in our factory. We will keep test data and recording, and inform buyer the inspection

date in advance. The buyer don’t must be on seller’s site for these tests, however, the buyer can Participate

in acceptance and inspection in person, or entrust the third-Party. It shall be finished before shipment.

We will issue inspection certificate to buyer after tested.

Part 9: Installation, Commissioning &Training Service

SIMUWU will arrange 2-3 technical engineers help buyer to do the installation& training, the installation time

determined by the furnace model. The business trip cost USD 100/day/person shall be paid by the buyer, Buyer

also arrange round trip tickets, food and hotel expenditure during the installation for engineers. The visa fee

making for engineers are provided by supplier.

During the installation and commissioning of the equipment, supplier shall be responsible for training the workers

of customer’s equipment on operation and maintenance. After training, the technical personnel of customer can

operate the equipment independently and correctly and judge the fault and simple maintenance of equipment.

The warranty period is one year after final acceptance, contains the Parts of non-artificial damage(not including

wearing Parts) and costs of manual work, transportation,etc.

We have after-sales service department, providing in-time service to users. Service goal: our people reply you

within 24 hours after received your call or email.

Normal accessories and special Parts should be delivered to user side with the fastest time, meanwhile, our people

answer your technical questions around the clock; if not online, we will give a reply within 24 hours.

Responsible for technical guidance and training on user’s site to main engineering and technical personnel,

maintenance personnel and operators.
