Should eSports be a College Course?

I feel that eSports should be taught in schools as it might be an extracurricular activity, not as it
will replace other courses, as I am a member of Generation Z, or what they term "millennials," who are
extensively exposed to technology and engaged in online gaming.
Online gaming is fast growing over the world; it is integrating and becoming more well-known in
different nations. Some eSports are just ways for casual gamers to kill time, while others pursue it as a
career, earning money by competing at a high level.
Esports contests can also be a fantastic opportunity to meet new people and create friends.
They can help people develop their talents, motor skills, and cognitive thinking.
College students that take eSports classes might learn more about the competitive gaming
market and how to become professional gamers. Students in this course may learn how to design games
or organize their own eSports competitions.
Students who are interested in eSports, especially those who already have the skills and abilities
and only require guidance and improvement, stand to benefit much from this. This is a significant
advantage with education that mirrors the technology given today's technological advancements.
