Licensing Committee for the Licensing District of the County of
Caroni, Chaguanas Area, has appointed THURSDAY THE 7TH DAY

Chaguanas Magistrate’s Court as the day, hour and place at
which a special session will be held to hear and determine the

NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of the provisions of the
above Act, that the Licensing Committee for the Licensing
District of Tobago, Scarborough Area, has appointed THURSDAY
THE 14TH DAY OF MARCH, 2002, at 9.00 o’clock in the forenoon at
the Scarborough Magistrate’s Court as the day, hour and place
at which a session will be held for the granting of Certificates
for the issue of Licences for the period 1st April, 2002 to
31st March, 2003.
Applications for Certificates for New Licences must be
submitted to the Secretary, Licensing Committee in
quadruplicate on the prescribed forms along with three (3)
copies of the plan of the premises and a fee of forty dollars
($40.00) and should reach him not later than the 20th day of
February, 2002.
All applications for Certificates of Renewal of Licences must
be submitted to the Secretary of the Licensing Committee in
duplicate on the prescribed form and should reach him not later
than the 28th day of February, 2002.
All applicants are required to produce documentary evidence
of their Board of Inland Revenue File Number.

the Charlotteville Magistrate’s Court as the day, hour and place
at which a session will be held for the purpose of granting
Certificates for the issue of Licences for the period 1st April,
2002 to 31st March, 2003.
Applications for Certificates for New Licences must be
submitted to the Secretary, Licensing Committee in
quadruplicate on the prescribed forms along with three (3)
copies of the plan of the premises and a fee of forty dollars
($40.00) to reach him not later than the 15th day of February,
2002.
All applications for Certificates of Renewal of Licences must
