as Lot. No. 10 on the plan annexed to Deed registered as No. 4103 of 1951.
All and Singular that parcel or lot of land situate at Phillip Charles Road, Diego Martin in the Ward of Diego Martin, in
the Island of Trinidad, comprising one rood and twenty-eight perches and bounded on the north by Phillip Charles Road on the
south by lands of Douglas on the east by Lot No. 14 and on the west by Lot No. 10 which said parcel of land is shown as
Lot No. 13 and coloured pink in the plan annexed to deed dated the 19th day of May, 1951, registered as No. 4103 of 1951.
Subject however to the following judgement but otherwise free from encumberances:
(a)The judgement herein in High Court Action No. 4873 of 1985 in favor of the Trinidad and Tobago Development Finance
Limited against Cyril Monsanto deceased in the sum of $205,461.91 and interest in the sum of $21,277.97 and further
interest at the rate of 12 per cent per annum from the 12th day of July, 1986, until payment.
(b) The judgement herein in High Court Action No. 5186 of 1985 in favour of the Trinidad and Tobago Development
Finance Limited against Cyril Monsanto deceased in the sum of $1,978,000.00 and interest in the sum of $36,500.00
and further interest at the rate of 12 per cent per annum from the 12th day of July, 1986, until payment.
