1. What do you know about our company?/Qué sabes de nuestra compañia?

–Victor: I checked the company´s web site and social media profiles, I could see that companie
young, I’m not wrong, I read that part of your clients are football players, familiar groups,
friend groups, couples…You have twenty employees working in Coveñas city.

Daniela: I know that is a pyme because of the services are travel agency(ayensi), rent
appartament(apartment) and management ensueño hotel. , I was impressed(imprest) with
your workplace.

2. You can Describe yourselfe?/Puedes describirte a ti mismo?

Victor
- I considere myself hardworking/dependeable/reliable/organized. Me siento
trabajador/serio/confinable/organizado.
- I learn quickly.
- I’m good at dealing with clients.

I am a outgoing
I have good verbal and written skills
I am proactive and organized
3. What is your experience?/que experiencia tienes?
Victor
- I have fifteen year’s experience working as a salesman, I love sales…/Tengo 15 años de
experiencia como vendedor.
- I have been working in Ensueño Hotel since 2018/He trabajado para el Hotel Ensueño
desde 2018.
Daniela
I was work in the beauty salon for four years
I was work Zenu´s company for six years in the planning operations
4. What are your goals?/Cuáles son sus objetivos?
Victor
- My plan to further my carrer in commercial management as a my own bussines, in five
year’s time I hope to hold a management position/En 5 años espero ocupar un puesto
directive.
Daniela
 Sincerely My plan to further is very different at my carrer, because I want own beauty
salon but my carrer would you let me expand my bussines, in five year´s time I hope
that mine wish accomplish.
5. Why did you leave your last position?/Por qué te fuiste de tu ultimo puesto de trabajo?
Victor
- Not delegating enough. I used to be more of a perfectionist. I tougth if I didn’t
complete a task by myself, it wouldn’t be done right. Then , I leranes to talk with my
parteners.
Daniela
Because i believe that not ocúpate mine ideal charge(cherch) because i think that i
went new opportunities.
I want a change in carrer direction
6. What are your biggest strengths?
Victor
- I’m really good at making public relations/Soy muy bueno haciendo relaciones
publicas.
Daniela
- I myself a great negotiator(negosieror), I consider that I am strength talk English.
