Smart Goals

1) By week 3 i will be able to assist my preceptor with setting up the patient on the GEO
machine such as proper harness safety and managing the controls independently with
very little supervision,

2) By week 5 i will be able to complete 2 successful laser treatment independently with my

preceptor supervising slightly

3) By week 8 I will be given 3 patients that I see every week, and I will be able to effectively
deliver treatment independently such as setting up geo machines, demonstrating and
applying effective strengthening exercises as well as working one on one with a patient
for hand eye coordination practice.
