Reporting Period: Week 5
Work completed this reporting period:

We completed every task related to the scope management, statement, and work
breakdown structure. We completed the last part of this section that we were missing,
which is the WBS.

Work to complete next reporting period:

We’ll continue with the next section for the Team Project, we’ll start reviewing the time
management topic and plan how to organize dates and how much each activity lasts so
we can get started with the gantt chart and a milestone list.

What’s going well and why:

We have improved our time management as a team and individually as well,

every member of the team has been a key factor to make this work and we have
been using an active listening to consider everyone’s ideas and opinions and get
the best possible result for our project.

What’s not going well and why:

At first we had a couple of misunderstanding when sharing our thoughts on how to

complete the WBS since we all had different ideas and it was kind of complicated to
decide how to complete it.

Suggestions/Issues:

Keep making brainstorm of ideas until we get to put something together that we all
thing is good enough and we are all happy with the results.

Project changes

We changed a little bit the problem statement of the project just to make it more
specific and with a stronger relationship to the project, defining some of the factors
that influenced the motive of the project.
