Minimum Qualifications
● High level of creativity, providing excellent packaging ideas for the web and thinking
beyond the obvious.
● Excellent communication, writing and editing skills in English.
● Comfortable in front of the camera, can engage the audience.
● Time-management skills.
● Familiarity with SEO.
● Strong team player, good communication skills.
● Fast and accurate editing and packaging for the web.
● Can edit videos and audios, familiar with Adobe Premiere Pro,After Effects etc.
● Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
● Analytical abilities, including the ability to identify patterns and trends with data.

Preferred Qualifications
● Bachelors/Masters in Mass Communication or relevant field.
● Comfortable in front of the camera.
● Ability to engage the audience,using conversational tone.
● Well versed with news and current affairs.
● Possesses knowledge of video editing and audio editing tools.
● Fluent in English and excellent communication skills.
● Prior experience as content creator or video producer will be preferred.
● Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems(e.g.WordPress).
Responsibilities
● Plans and develops a single multimedia story using graphics, voice- over and other
elements researches and develops ideas and budgets; writes scripts; schedules
interviews, hosts, and facilities; designs sets.
● Host social media Stories/TikToks/Reels and be a brand on-camera personality.
● Participates in the design of video graphics, titles, music, and creative look of shows;
makes editorial decisions regarding assembly of information, illustrations, and
content.
● Lead team to help in the growth of relevant content reach by developing,
implementing and maintaining comprehensive social mediaoutput that aligns with
brand strategy.
● Work with the creative and editorial teams to create and deploy daily social media
content — writing posts, choosing/ shooting images, shooting videos, designing
graphics, etc.
● Utilize social media best practices to achieve brand and business objectives.
● Provide ongoing insight into the latest social media tactics/technologies.
● Be fresh eyes on content quality. Make sure headline voice, content tone and quality
consistent and effective across platforms.
● From newsletters to the web to print and social media. While producing and posting
the content, be brand quality control.
● Contribute to podcasts, videos and other media projects.
● Liaising and brainstorming with internal teams to ensure that deadlines are met.
