Vision as a Teacher

Vision is the capacity for imaginative or wise planning for the future. Every teacher has a
vision for their career that includes what they want to achieve with their students, colleagues,
the principal, and the community at large. In the sentences that follow, I will describe my
position as a prospective instructor.

My goal is to provide a joyful learning environment where kids may learn via various forms of
play while also assisting them in the development of the cognitive, verbal, physical, and
social skills they need to prosper in their formative years. I want to encourage pupils to gain
the self-assurance they will need to do well in school in the future.

In order to help students, develop their cognitive, social, emotional, and physical skills in an
active learning environment, I want to encourage collaborative play, a playful approach to
learning that is popular among early childhood educators. Through collaborative play,
students learn not only from their teachers but also from one another. I want to design a
resource-rich, Montessori-inspired learning environment that encourages students to learn
through play. Because Montessori argues that it is the teacher's duty to give students access
to a variety of resources, the freedom to explore, and the chance to develop their language,
motor, and cognitive skills via play.

In addition, I want to promote creative thinking and active engagement in learning through
ongoing, daily sessions that are student-centered. Additionally, by equipping students with
the social and communication skills they will need in the next phase of their lives, higher
education institutions like universities, colleges, and TVET colleges will be better prepared to
receive their students. I know that pupils who are proficient in the aforementioned talents
have the best chance of succeeding in life.
