Tyree Montrel Person was charged with Death by Distribution after Kenneth Harris died by

overdose after buying heroin laced with fentanyl from Person. This crime occurred in
Louisburg, NC on October 30, 2021. Person was arrested on December 21, 2021, and decided
to plead guilty. According to CBS17.Com, “He will serve eight to 19 months in jail and will serve
almost five to seven years of supervised probation.”
