Quality Assurance position. I have come to know from our manager that our company needs a person that
fits in such position. I have been working as a Customer Service representative for over a year now and
have been consistently delivering the best quality of work

I have helped my team to practice and execute the best customer service
experience by making sure that we are on the right and same track which I enjoyed as the team rose in
