Title of the Activity : Disinfection of School Grounds and Facilities

Objectives:
1. To continue the teaching and learning process for our learners.
2. To ensure the safety of the school personnel and stakeholders during the
distribution and retrieval of the modules.
3. To ensure that all self-learning modules are safe to our learners.

Narrative Report

In compliance with the Schools Division Memorandum No. 056, s. 2021 or the
Ensuring Learning Continuity Amidst Covid-19 Alert with the paramount concern for
the safety and security of its teaching and non-teaching personnel there are things to be
considered like cleaning and disinfection of school premises including modules to be
distributed shall be done prior to the resumption of module distribution.

In connection to this, our principal Arnel F. Rosal and the DRRM School
Coordinator together with the DRRM Team followed the instructions given by the
municipal IATF to conduct the disinfection of the school premises as a pre requisite for
the issuance of clearance before allowing any of us to report to school.

The disinfection of the school grounds, facilities and modules started at 8:20 in
the morning. It started with preparation of materials and solutions to be use for
disinfection.
All school buildings were disinfected. Classrooms in each grade level were also
disinfected to ensure all parents/guardians were safe during the distribution and
retrieval of the self-learning modules for their children.

These was a collaborative effort headed by our principal Mr. Arnel F. Rosal and
the School DRRM Coordinator Mr. Jun M. Cabigao together with the School DRRM Team.

This was a success because of the full support given by our principal in
purchasing of Chlorine. Mr. Arthur Bundang who lend us his own sprayer. Schools
Division Office for providing us sprayer thru Mr. Joel Alvior our DRRM District
Coordinator. Our non-teaching personnel who serves as Covid Busters (Vergel Manalo-
Provincial Admin Aide, Jun Amor-School Utility, Vladimir Domingo-Admin Aide) and
with the assistance of Arlene Cortez-Admin Aide.

The disinfection was done with no untoward incident or minor incident

happened. It finished at exactly 10:30
