    Possible scenarios:

    1. I was banned for no reason, and now I’m unable to access my account, I have
    spent over a $1000 dollars on the account, and I would like to have it activated
    again right now!(The ban is permanent, and we’re unable to remove it) How
    would you reply to the player?

    2. I already purchased the battle pass, and I would like to gift the battle pass to my
    friend, it only appears in my account, I do have a lot of v-bucks, and I don’t want
    to get double charge (We know that the Battle Pass can only be gifted using real
    money.) How would you reply to the player?

    3. I just got the Fortnite Crew subscription, but I wanted to get the Galaxia skin,
    instead I got the Green Arrow skin, and I don’t want that one(The Galaxia skin
    was available for Dec subscribers, and Green Arrow was given to Jan
    subscribers) How would you answer to a player that wants to obtain a
    promotional skin that is no longer available on our subscription program?
